OUR DE-ALCOHOLIZATION
SERVICE

Our de-alcoholization process consists in extracting alcohol under vacuum and at low temperature.

For the sparkling beverages (beers, sparkling wines…), we proceed then with a carbonatation via carbon dioxide addition.

In parallel, our R&D team intervenes to elaborate and refine the receipes of your products once de-alcoholization is completed in strict compliance with the terms of service.

Products are finally pasteurised in order to optimize their preservation.
